Mise-en-scene planning

Costume: the protagonist of my story will be wearing casual clothes like that of a teenager. This decision was made so that teenage audiences will be able to relate to the character.

Makeup: the only “make up” used will be for the faint scar behind the protagonist neck. The purpose of this is to create more of a story for the audience and helps them gain more understanding the plot

Props: the props used in this product will be minimal as I believe to use of too many props could distract the viewer from the main plot. So the props that willl be used is a bag, along with clothes that the main character will be forcing into the bag in a hurry. At this point the pace will pick up which will build tension

Locations:
location 1: opening, scenes of nature. - Outside All around a neighbourhood
It is most likely to be images of different landscapes, and outside life which is to narrated by a voice over to set a atmosphere for the audience to follow.

Location 2: in the protagonists room. In this scene you will be introduced to the character and you will understand more of what her role is.

Location 3: the last scene will be set in a remote area, something simular to a forest or the woods. This location has been chosen to make the atmosphere more dramatic

Lighting:
Most of my scenes will be filmed in late in the afternoon/evening. Seeing as my concept is quite dark and slightly unsettling, I chose to film at times where it was darkest to add to dramatic sense of it all
